We have spaces allocated for a drop off zone for patients arriving for their procedure.
Enter through the main entrance/lobby please take the stairs or lift up to the first floor and Shore Surgery is the on the left of the lifts
• Original admitting forms if still held by you
• Your prior approval letter
• Print out of medication list from your GP or Pharmacy
• Glasses and mobility aids
• Mobile phone
Prior to the beginning of your procedure your specialist will see you in the admitting area or anaesthesia bay.
On your arrival to Shore Surgery the reception team will check your designated contact persons details so they will be notified via telephone when you are ready to leave.
Depending on your surgery or procedure you will stay with us from 30 minutes right up to four hours.
