Communications

Patients and visitors are asked to check with nursing staff regarding the use of cell phones within the hospital as these can interfere with calibrated medical equipment.

Cultural needs

Please let us know if you have any spiritual or cultural needs. Should the services of an interpreter be required, please let us know well in advance of your surgery to ensure that this is arranged. There is a cost for this service.

Phone follow up

You may receive a call from our nursing staff after your procedure, such as if you have had a general anaesthetic.
